After receiving PO & L/C, We give L/C to the factory & ensure that the Back to Back L/Cs are opened & the fabric & accessories are arranged

Manville International follows closely with suppliers for in-time procurement of fabric and accessories

Meanwhile, Manville International takes all necessary approval on the FAB/ACC/GMT sample from our buyer

Upon receipt of all the fabric and accessories in hand, Manville International managed to get the pre-production size set to start the bulk production then after passing the first trial cutting our technical dept. allows the factory to go for bulk production

During all stages of production from knitting, dyeing, printing/embroidery, sewing finishing & packing our QC team ensures the quality product is to the desired level.

Our commercial department closely monitors with forwarder and C&F agent to ensure ETD.
